Pam began her career as an administrative assistant with MetLife in 1980. Over the years, she has really learned the business. Today, as director of operations, Pam is responsible for all agency administration. This includes new agent appointments, new business processing, communication equipment, technical support, all internal and external reports, monthly accounting, budgeting, and direct communication with underwriting departments.
Pam is licensed to sell Life, Accident and Health Insurance in Missouri.
